Behind the redesign

THE BRIEF

Make technical expertise easier to understand.

The goal was to refresh an existing company website while keeping its core information: services, company background, news, and employment opportunities.

The approach

Give each section a clear purpose. Lead with the company’s value, group services into readable sections, and give visitors a direct path to the information they need.

The design decisions

Use navy, white, and restrained gold accents. Balance the desktop layout, align related content, and adapt spacing and navigation for smaller screens.

The deliverable

A responsive redesign with a home page and supporting company, news, and employment pages. The project is a design concept; launch and business results are not yet established.

My contribution: design direction, page structure, content organization, and implementation.

Hi, I’m Gaston.
I like making
things clearer.

Built by Gaston is my independent web design practice, based in Virginia and focused on small businesses. My background in IT shapes how I approach websites: understand the need, simplify the experience, and pay attention to the details.

The LogicLink redesign is my first featured project. It reflects the kind of work I want to do: practical websites with a polished design and a clear purpose.
